Who we are
Leavsy is a sole web studio operated by Ilya, registered as a preduzetnik (sole trader) in Serbia, building websites for clients across the EU and US. Contact: hello@leavsy.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email and message you provide. With your consent, we also use HubSpot analytics, which sets cookies to record how you use the site (pages viewed, visits) so we can improve it. You can decline these cookies in the banner.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you. HubSpot analytics cookies are set only with your explicit consent, given via the cookie banner, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our working relationship, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent. Email hello@leavsy.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
This is a plain-language policy for the website itself. Client contracts (MSA/SOW/DPA) are handled separately in writing.
